In this cheese factory in Tarcenay, you will find typical products of the region, such as morbier and its ashy line, as well as gruyère. Gruyere cheese? Of course, it will have the well-ripened taste of Comté, but the appellation d'origine contrôlée is strict: Comté is named like this when the milk comes from several producers in the region.
