Located on the main road of Valdahon, Le Moderne is easy to reach. It is a cosy restaurant, where all social categories are combined. The main room is sober, but the terrace, which does not overlook the Grand-Rue, is appreciable and appreciated in the beautiful days. The dishes, including the unique regional specialities, are rich and varied, and you can come and enjoy the frying of carpes carp, a house speciality.
