This restaurant, a former escort relay located on the road to neighbouring Switzerland, is a place apparently loaded with history and filled with anecdotes. Smugglers of all kinds liked to find themselves there. The map offers a wide selection of dishes with a few regional specialities such as fondue, tartiflette or trout, but the restaurant is known mainly for its homemade fatty liver and smoked salmon, or for its little Paris beef, served with hot fatty liver at savagnin and the canard duck conflict. So-called traditional drinks, such as the green fir, prepared with coniferous buds, will delight alcohol lovers. Note that the reception is really charming.
