The decoration of the rooms plays on authenticity, but the colours add a little modernity. A little isolated and on the banks of the Doubs, the hotel-restaurant is a quiet and well located place, since it is both close to the centre of Villers-le-Lac and the starting point for cruises for the jump from the Doubs. As for the cuisine, there are of course regional specialities that go hand in hand with traditional French cuisine. But the speciality is mainly fish and fried carp. In the autumn, hunting products are served on the plates.
