La Bourgade is a charming little restaurant that has taken its place in the Hôtel Henri IV in the historic centre of Champlitte. A new look for the decoration, which nevertheless respects the soul of the building, and above all a home cooking with eco-responsible values, favouring short circuits and originality. Antide Rouvière, your head chef who has worked for major restaurant chains, has chosen to work around the burger, the French burger, with the best ingredients: a good, light, soft baker's bread and top quality products to complement them.
