La Bourgade is housed in the Hôtel Henri IV in the center of Champlitte. The new decor respects the soul of the building. The cuisine is homemade, eco-responsible, favoring short circuits and originality. Antide Rouvière, chef de cuisine who has worked for major restaurant chains, has chosen to work around the burger, French-style, with the best ingredients: a good light, fluffy baker's bread and first-rate products to complement them. As a result, she finished runner-up in the French burger championship.
