RESTAURANT L'AMPHITRYON
A quality restaurant in a former presbytery. Three rooms with rustic but elegant decoration await you. In summer, the terrace, well flowered, is very pleasant. With a menu that changes every 3 months, the house offers fresh or local products. You will discover a traditional cuisine that evolves with the seasons, always with a touch of originality. The chef likes to mix flavours! Pieces chosen to whet your appetite: scallop carpaccio, beets and green apple with old-fashioned bridge dressing, bluefin tuna tataki, maki mango and enoki mushrooms for those who love Asian flavours. On a plate, guinea fowl breast with black truffle, frozen parsnips and muslin or Morteau monkfish roll, ratte apples with hazelnut butter and chanterelles in juice. We opt for lamb confit in a herb crust, with pistachio milk and eggplant cannelloni. We enjoyed ourselves until dessert with a nougatine crème brûlée. And I hear the pistachio cream cabbage wasn't bad either. A beautiful table to discover.
