FONDREMAND OIL-MILL

Delphine and Antonio resumed this ancestral mill in 2012. It has existed since the th century, it was that of the castle. In the th century it was converted into a mill. Among other things, we manufacture walnut and hazelnut oil until the end of the th century. And then the activity stops, the mill is transformed into a barn… until the 1980 s, where a passionate passionné buys the place and renovation. The young couple who recently took it up produce (delicious) oil, different flours, chestnut and walnut powder (ideal for cake), herbal teas, apple juice, homemade syrups and jams. Throughout the year, they welcome visitors to the shop, for guided tours or for a snack (upon reservation). A magical place to discover the activity of meunier and fill out its basket of greedy souvenirs.
