An institute that hosts a variety of events throughout the year, combining 3 different but complementary activity areas.
Institut Griottines inaugurated in 2009 by the Grandes Distilleries Peureux is a new unique concept gathering 3 spaces dedicated to different but complementary activities in one building: a magnificent Griottines shop; 3 specialised laboratories one in pastry, one in chocolate and the third one in cooking and; finally a cooking course and professional demonstrations centre for individuals. All this on a total area of about 450 m ², including 188 m ² dedicated to the Griottines shop. Various events are held throughout the year at the Institute for individual demonstrations and courses.

Bicycle reception. Closed on Sundays. Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 7pm. -18h on Saturday.

The Griottines Institute is a store that offers small Morello cherries macerated in Kirsch and Liqueur. These cherries will add a touch of brilliance to all your recipes, through their taste, texture and color. they can be eaten plain, in a glass of Champagne, with Comté cheese ...These Morello cherries, available in bottles, jars and boxes, are also available on the online store. You will also find a duck terrine with griottines, griottes in liqueur, a beer with griottines, griottes cherries in liqueur and kirsch... You can also buy a bag, a ladle, a lunchbox, a hat... of the Griottines brand.
