This museum reveals the secrets of the manufacture of kirsch, obtained from the distillation of cherries, more particularly of the guigne. The tradition goes back to the 17th and 18th centuries. The cherry water and the traditions surrounding it are explained through a dynamic museography that relates the agricultural context and the daily life of the past. A conservatory orchard, a traditional house and temporary exhibitions and events are also on the program.
