Ferme Jechoux is a mixed farming farm: cattle breeding, milking cows, selling meat as well as producing vegetables and fruits (cherries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, mirabelle plums, quetsches, pears, apples). The latter are processed into jams (cherry jam is their speciality), juices, fruit in syrup and compotes. These good products are to be found directly at the farm, accompanied by farmhouse cheeses and local charcuterie. To be discovered!
