In Fougerolles, nestled in an immense cherry orchard, the Coulin family has developed a whole range of "haute couture" fruit spirits in its artisanal distillery. Fruit and wild berry eaux-de-vie (kirsch, pear, wild raspberry, mirabelle plum, sloe plum, holly). But also liqueurs, aperitifs and fruit brandies, and the inevitable absinthe. Also worth discovering: Baie bleue, made from Vosges blueberries. Gourmet escapades are available on reservation to discover the distillery, the production process, and end with a tasting session.

The Emile Coulin Distillery located in Fougerolles is an integral part of the life of the town. It produces remarkable eaux-de-vie by blending its own production with that of local distillers. Each elixir is a work of art and is packaged in traditional glass bottles, the symbol of the "haute-couture" of the Eaux-de-Vie à la française by Coulin. The distillery is renowned for the quality of its spirits, from the most classic to the most atypical. Their range includes the famous Kirsch AOC de Fougerolles, Pear, Mirabelle, Plum and Raspberry Eaux-de-Vie as well as rare berry eaux-de-vie, fruits in Liqueur, and the famous Délice du Chalot, which is a combination of Bluet des Vosges and Kirsch AOC de Fougerolles. The rarity of Coulin's products, combined with their taste, make them true treasures, representing French luxury.
