In Fougerolles, nestled in an immense cherry orchard, the Coulin family has developed a whole range of "haute couture" fruit spirits in its artisanal distillery. Fruit and wild berry eaux-de-vie (kirsch, pear, wild raspberry, mirabelle plum, sloe plum, holly). But also liqueurs, aperitifs and fruit brandies, and the inevitable absinthe. Also worth discovering: Baie bleue, made from Vosges blueberries. Gourmet escapades are available on reservation to discover the distillery, the production process, and end with a tasting session.
