Located in the town of Germigney, Ferme de Germigney is a farm committed to the production of natural, artisanal oils. Operated by Emmanuel Ogier and his team, this mixed crop/livestock farm has been in Emmanuel's family for several generations. In 2006, he decided to relaunch the production of 1st cold-pressed virgin rapeseed, camelina and sunflower oils, a practice that had disappeared in Franche-Comté. The seeds used to produce these oils are grown on the farm itself.
