Restaurant La Prévauté à Gray
Decouvert par hasard lors de pérégrinations, je me suis risquée à demander un repas végétarien (sans poisson) qui n était pourtant pas sur la carte. Le chef ( ou la cheffe?) s est montré un virtuose, me préparant un repas d une exceptionnelle finesse, avec, entre autres, une assiette de légumes subtilement relevés d'épices Le café gourmand est également très delicat. J espère que ce menu vegetarien sera proposé sur la carte car il vaut vraiment le détour !
