AU MASTROQUET
On the banks of the Saône, the Mastroquet is a Graubünden institution. Tourists and regulars alike can be found in the grey and purple tones of the bistro room or in the comfortable restaurant room under its large glass roof. On the menu of the bistro, zucchini pie, comté cheese and Morteau sausage, trout fillet in Jura style (with Arbois wine), Mauron cottage cheese and chocolate and Fougerolles griottines fondant. In summer, the terrace is erected on the banks of the river. A recommended address. Cabaret evenings.
