It is found in various shops in the city, but Mauron Fromagerie, created in 1862, lives with its time and therefore it is possible to purchase the products on its website (www.fromagerie-mauron.fr). Certainly high saônois! There is the famous cancoillotte (nature, garlic…) but also the metton, which is the preparation for cancoillotte, butter, cream, cheese… A whole assortment of products to fully taste the Haute Saone before, during and after your stay!
