GY CASTLE
This imposing feudal fortress houses the Wine Museum in its cellars.
Majestic. For more than 7 centuries, this imposing feudal fortress was the property of the archbishops of Besançon. The first construction dates from the 12th century. But the building only took its final shape in the 18th century, thanks to Cardinal Cléradius de Choiseul-Beaupré, chaplain to the King of Poland, who added new wings. Today it belongs to private owners who have restored it superbly, in keeping with tradition. The park is also accessible. To be seen in the cellars: the Wine Museum.
