DEPARTMENTAL MOUNTAIN MUSEUM

To relive the daily life of a mountain village at the beginning of the ^20th century, the tour takes you through an old sheepfold, a reconstructed classroom, an old clog-making workshop and a coalman's hut. Numerous objects and documents evoke the daily life and craft activities of yesteryear. For those who want to continue the walk, take a look at the Vierge des Neiges, erected on the site of the old castle overlooking the Ognon and Moselle valleys. That's right: the commune of Haut-du-Them-Château-Lambert lies in the Vosges saônoises, on the border with Lorraine.
