Above the Dordogne river, in a guest house of 5 rooms with all comforts and a swimming pool very close to the castle of Montfort.

Virginie and Eric took over this charming B&B in 2023. The 5 rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. Three of them have a superb view of the Château de Montfort! There's a large living room and a mezzanine for relaxing indoors, a garden with deckchairs and a swimming pool that's great fun on sunny days! You can also book a massage on site. A short stroll will bring you to the village, or to the banks of the Dordogne, as you wish. Table d'hôtes on reservation.

Très belle étape à la Barde Montfort. Des hôtes chaleureux et aux petits soins. Cadre magnifique. Belle vue sur le château. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et que dire de la table d'hôtes un régal ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ein ruhiges, originell dekoriertes Haus mit wunderbarer Sicht auf die Burg von Montfort. Eric und Virginie waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle ihre Tipps waren sehr gute Adressen (Restaurants, Besichtigungen, Bauernbetriebe). Bei der Abreise haben die Gastgeber uns auf unkomplizierte Art ein Frühstück vor 6 Uhr bereitgestellt. Der Austausch mit den anderen Gästen war herzlich und bereichernd. Wir würden sofort nochmals dorthin.

Séjour de 2 jours en juillet 2023: idyllique.
De notre chambre pour 3, nous avions vu sur le château de Montfort: magnifique!
Les petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux
Nous avons pu profiter de la table d'hôtes: la tarte tatin de canard: un régal!
Nous avons pu bénéficier aussi de la piscine. Bref: un lieu à recommander .

L'endroit idéal pour profiter au calme de cette belle région ???? Nous avons séjourné dans une jolie chambre spacieuse avec terrasse et avons pu profiter chaque jour de la piscine. Virginie & Éric rendent ce lieu agréable et chaleureux, encore merci à eux pour leur accueil !
