LA BERGERAINE
Fine gastronomic cuisine at the foot of the Vosges. Hubert Gaudey took over La Bergeraine in 2016. After a few years on the Canary Islands, the franc-comtois chef landed his suitcases in the country of Miles Etangs. The room is sober, chic with large white, air-conditioned and welcoming curtains. Excellent service, impeccable even! The dishes are made from local products, sometimes even from the vegetable garden! But the chef does not only cultivate his vegetables (zucchini, tomatoes) and aromatic herbs, he also has some hens that provide him with eggs! On plates, not great surprises but well-managed dishes, carefully presented as crayfish, and their gnocchis to flour flour with noisette crème or the superb calf of veal with morels and yellow wine… A pretty map of wines that draws both in Burgundy, and in the countries of La Loire (Menetou-Salon to discover!), in Alsace, in the Jura or the side of Bordeaux. For business meals and great opportunities.
