A Mexican restaurant in the heart of the Haute-Saône. The managers of the Cactus made a daring bet because there are a few thousand kilometres between Mexico City and Membrey. Daring but successful! Don't forget to book: the room is often full. The Mexican specialities are tasty and generous. Special mention for the Cactus: tomatoes, chorizo, corn, pepper, mozzarella and... cactus! The restaurant owners have not forgotten the local specialities: snails from Frasne-le-Château as a starter and duck leg confit with griottines from Fougerolles as a main course.
