Mon amie m'a offert le permis en forfait à 400 € sur le site. Nous avions une semaine à Arcachon ou Patrick le gérant avait assuré à mon amie que nous aurions des dates pour le code et la conduite.
Une fois à Arcachon après avoir bien prévenu en amont de nos dates, impossible de joindre Patrick, il ne répondait ni aux sms, ni aux appels.
Finalement, il nous impose une seule et unique date à 6h30 le matin de notre départ. Nous demandons une autre date plus cohérente avec nos disponibilités, et Patrick devient insultant et me traite d'enfant gâté.
Bref une attitude inadmissible, aucun professionnalisme. Fuyez ! ????????????????
