Ici vous allez vous régaler à chaque bouchées et le dessert j en ai pris deux tellement il était bon. Il s agit d une boule de crème glacé à la mangue enroulée dans une galette de crêpe fini puis trempées dans une pâte à tempura puis le tout est frit le résultat est détonnant chaud froid et craquant tout en étant onctueux un régal.
