French and Italian fusion cuisine is Nofa's promise. Open only in the evening with two courses, the chef offers four starters, four main courses and three desserts of his choice, to be combined in several sequences. Several vegetarian options are available, including zucchini cannelloni stuffed with mascarpone and the delicious risotto with burrata and gratin of candied tomatoes and almonds. For dessert, tiramisu and pistachio chocolate dome are very tasty. A little something extra from the establishment: its fine selection of Bordeaux and Italian wines, homemade pasta from Gragnano, olive oils from Liguria, Puglia biscuits and many other delicacies!
