Previously a home chef in Bordeaux, Colette opened this small vegetarian restaurant in Arcachon's Aiguillon district in May 2022. Inside, there's barely enough room to seat a dozen people, but it's a pleasant place to meet new people. On the spot or to take away, you can choose between the dish of the week, the poké bowl, the hot dog (vegetarian sausage), the soup... depending on the cook's inspiration, of course! Some dishes and desserts are vegan or gluten-free.
