The restaurant has two rooms (one of which is large and can be privatized) and two wooden terraces, one of which is covered. The decoration is sober and warm. In the dishes, authentic Southwestern cuisine between land and sea, worked with integrity and generosity and evolving with the seasons according to fresh produce: oysters from the basin, fish soup, ravioli with serrano, roasted whole bass, Rossini duck tournedos, chef's panna cotta, chocolate dome with tonka bean, etc. Everything is delicious, gourmet, cooked with love and respect for the profession.
