Jérôme Gauthraye is a Maître Restaurateur. Here, all dishes are accompanied by seasonal vegetables, mostly organic. Most of the wild fish comes from the Arcachon fish market, and the meats are sourced from producers in the Basque Country and Landes. No need to say much more... As a guarantee of freshness, the menu is deliberately small, and most dishes are served as part of the menu. The chef has the art and manner to appropriate the great classics of local gastronomy. Les Embruns is a great place to have lunch or dinner with the family.

Excellent et abordable , service prévenant , nous étions peu nombreux en février , nous aurions apprécié un petit fond musical pour réchauffer la salle
