Restaurant with terrace offering seafood burgers and seasonal cuisine based on fresh local produce.

Three of them - Isabelle and Christophe in the dining room, and Rémi in the kitchen - welcome you to their restaurant, decorated in a contemporary bistro style in the dining room and with a seaside feel on the covered terrace. À la carte? Nothing but fresh, seasonal produce, all (or almost all) local, for a tasty meal. The Laban oysters, of course, come from the Arcachon Basin, notably the Grand Banc and Banc d'Arguin. This is truly a bistronomic restaurant. The lunch menu is only available on weekdays, with a glass of wine and coffee.

Le restaurant ne paye pas de mine de l'extérieur mais il est très sympa à l'intérieur. Les plats sont excellents, de l'entrée au dessert. Le gravelax de saumon est parfait, le confit de canard est succulent et le coulant au caramel est une pépite. Mari et femme sont très souriants et c'est un vrai petit plus. Petit point négatif : malgré des chipirons excellents, cela croquait un peu sous la dent... quelques grains de sable sont restés coincés à l'intérieur. Mais n'hésitez pas à ouvrir les portes de ce restaurant, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
