LES HALLES D'ARCACHON
Several stalls in Arcachon with two restaurants, one of which has a bistro kitchen.
The municipal market was razed to the ground in 1970, but reinvested the square in 2012 on the model of the former Halles Baltard. Les Halles d'Arcachon now houses around thirty stalls: greengrocers, fishmongers, butchers, wine merchants, oyster beds... But also two restaurants: Le Bouchon for bistro-style cuisine and the Oyster Bar for oysters from Olivier Laban, oyster farmer, producer and breeder of the Arcachon - Cap Ferret oyster. Also on the menu: organic shrimps, whelks, country terrine... At aperitif time, places are at a premium.
