A chic, well-decorated bistro with terrace and patio, a pleasant place to enjoy home-cooked food.

Little brother of Fernande, the tapas bar opposite, Baptiste opened Gaston in homage to his grandfather. It's a chic bistro, decorated with brick, leather and wood. But no fuss! The menu is small, but everything is homemade, including the desserts. And the bread comes directly from Fournil du Port in La Teste-de-Buch. The large terrace on the pedestrian avenue and the patio 100 meters from the pier are very pleasant. The lunch menu changes daily in summer and once a week in winter.

Everything at this restaurant from the service to the wine to the food was impeccable. A must visit in Archacon. The oysters were some of the best i had and delivered fresh the same day. Meat, fish cooked perfectly. The plating is beautiful it is very instagram worthy. All the staff are super kind and chill. Take of advantage of the fresh seafood and the delicious swordfish carpachio.

Tout dans ce restaurant, du service au vin en passant par la nourriture, était impeccable. Une visite incontournable à Archacon. Les huîtres étaient parmi les meilleures que j'ai eues et livrées fraîches le même jour. Viande, poisson parfaitement cuits. Le placage est magnifique, il est très digne d'Instagram. Tout le personnel est super gentil et détendu. Profitez des fruits de mer frais et du délicieux carpachio d'espadon.
