It was in Arcachon, where they have family, that Edgar and Dani decided to open their first gourmet restaurant 2/3 years ago. Every day, except Sundays in summer, Edgar, in the kitchen, amazes our taste buds with a creative lunch menu, a reduced menu and an ephemeral 4-course menu, renewed with the seasons. The elegance of the presentation is a signature that seduces with every dish. In the dining room, Dani brings a touch of good humor, making every meal even more enjoyable.
