Acacia is a gourmet restaurant serving creative menus with excellent chef service.
After spending several years in Chamonix, Edgar and Dani have decided to change scenery! And it's in Arcachon, where they have family, that they chose to open their first gourmet restaurant. Every day, except Sundays in summer, the chef (it's Edgar) will delight you with his lunch menu whose dishes already show all his creativity. He also offers a reduced menu and a 4-course ephemeral menu that evolves with the seasons. The elegance of the dressing is also to be underlined. And with Dani in the dining room, everything becomes pleasant.

La Pause En Soi
Restaurant cosy et cuisine équilibrée dans les saveurs. Un coup de cœur pour le risotto céleri à la truffe, mes papilles s’en souviennent encore.
Pas de fausse note du gravelax de truite à la pavlova aux agrumes en passant par le canard en 2 façons.
Encore une belle découverte , nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir lors d’un nouveau passage à Arcachon .
