The owners of this bistro are extremely friendly. Not only do they give excellent advice on wine, they also talk passionately about their dishes. Home-made terrine of poultry livers with port wine, "couteaux de la mer à la plancha", duck breast from the Autrefoie farm... To catch a glimpse of the Arcachon Basin and its port at the end of the street, you can enjoy the terrace on the pedestrian street. Fancy some sun, but it's sold out? There's a patio inside! For locals, the Bistrot du Port is the local canteen (lunchtime menu at 18 euros).
