Residence with good value for money located near the beach and the city center of Arcachon.
The location of this residence is remarkable, as it is only 300 meters from the beach and downtown. A porch leads to the inner courtyard and to the 22 furnished apartments and studios for rent all year round. The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 5 people and are arranged in a functional manner. The decoration remains simple, but it doesn't matter, because it is only a place to sleep and eat. The offer is complete and the quality/price ratio without any bad surprises.

Les petits bémols: le bruit, compliqué car il faut ouvrir les fenêtres comme il fait chaud mais les voisins sont bruyants mais bon ça ils ne peuvent pas y faire grand chose.
Le parking un peu petit c’est vrai mais on trouvait toujours une place pour se garer :)
Et enfin la literie, pas très confortable c’est vrai mais ça passe !
