A district that bears witness to the birth of Arcachon in the century
Witness to the birth of Arcachon in the 16th century, this district extends from the Notre-Dame Des Passes Basilica to the Pereire Park, including the Abatilles and the Moulleau, the Sailors' Cross, the Chapelle pier, but also the beautiful villas lining the Avenue Sainte-Marie and the Boulevard de l'Océan. The town of Printemps combines natural sites and superb residences. The Pereire beach is lined with a long pedestrian promenade and a maritime garden. The very chic Moulleau district has kept a scattered habitat where each villa has its own garden or park.
