Superb location a few kilometres north of Gray, on the edge of the Saône. Very chic. The castle, surrounded by a park of 5 hectares, dates from the th century. All the ingredients are gathered for a memorable moment: refined decoration, smiling service, very carefully fitted kitchen that evolves over the seasons. The restaurant, bourgeois and distinguished with wish, has its assets: French ceiling, Louis XVI vintage Woodwork and antique furniture of all beauty. On plates, regional and/or seasonal dishes. Fund salad from artichokes and foie gras en entry, veal rib to chanterelles or fillet of flat honey, shredded kiwi and sherbet to cassis in dessert. Or why not be tempted by the Soufflé Anis? The wine list reminds us that the Jura and Burgundy are not far away. In the beautiful days (and in autumn!) the park is beautiful. One of our coups for a romantic dinner in Franche-Comté.
