MONASTÈRE DES CLARISSES
Spiritual stay with the nuns offering a few days of renewal or retreat for anyone.
Their roots are Franc-Comtois: from 1250 to 2009, the Poor Clares lived in Besançon. Then they settled in Ronchamp, near the chapel of Notre-Dame du Haut, where they maintained a permanent presence of prayer, fraternal life, work and spiritual welcome. The mission of the Poor Clares on the hill of Notre-Dame du Haut is based on an international community of a dozen nuns. The monastic tradition of welcoming anyone in search of interiority has not been neglected. A few days of renewal or retreat are possible.
