Access is not necessarily easy for this restaurant located on the winding and hilly road. 5 km from Servance direction Belotte Saint-Laurent, follow the many signs. Menus from 30 to 34. Perch with cream, pig cheeks, fresh frogs in March and April. The site, the view on the Plateau of the Thousand Etangs is already a bit magical. Once inside, the first impression is confirmed: large fireplace, regional furniture, hunting trophies, clock clock… and kindness. The rooms are sober and cinema, and the meal is rich. Few choices, but good products arranged with sincerity: mushroom crust, plays beautifully prepared pork and rhubarb pie that does not ask anyone.
