Jean-Michel Turin is still there in his sublime home, the castle of Vauchoux, a former hunting lodge Louis XV. The interior is quite staggering, it must be admitted! The cuisine of the only Haute-Saone star chef is in a majestic room. The Rôti Rôti Rôti, the cappuccino of crustaceans and the piment pot are not overlooked. Remarkable cellar, especially in Bordeaux. Delight yourself!
