In Alsace, we love sauerkraut! That's good, because at Plus que Choux, they grow the different varieties and prepare the cabbage to transform it into succulent sauerkraut. They are the only processing producers in the Eurometropolis and benefit from the PGI sauerkraut from Alsace, the protected geographical indication. All we have to do is choose our favourite recipe and enjoy it! For organic enthusiasts, Laurent Heitz grows one hectare of organic cabbage. And planned for the next harvest: the production of Quintal d'Alsace, a rarely cultivated variety, which will be harvested manually. You will have the opportunity to taste a quality sauerkraut.
