Le samedi 4 mars vers 12h30 nous avons décidé de déjeuner dans ce restaurant. Malheureusement nous avons trouvé porte close alors que rien n’indiquait la fermeture de ce restaurant. Je considère que, sauf dans le cas d’un événement imprévu et très récent, un restaurateur doit en informer sa cliente.

We Sunday, September 21, 2014 he had lunch there. I read the comments of " Alex 7001" , I do not share his opinion, where us, we enjoyed what was served to us (Japanese) and I am delighted that it is this type of cuisine on Vesoul. Services " Alex 7001" date of November 2013 and therefore it would be good that you know that the employees do not work longer in this restaurant and the staff is worked over again. The cuisine, I had several restaurant known as " japonais" , on Lyon, Paris, Besançon, Dijon, also the famous sushi of Crossroads, Where I can say with the Samurai of Besançon and Mont Sushi de Vesoul with a very good menu, very good and a welcome followed by a courteous!

Former chef, so demanding on the services of the restaurant in which I go, distortion pro oblige! , I can assure you that I can return to eat at this address.
The cuisine is prepared on request (which explains the discontent the table of the previous opinion who had not reserved!) and quality ingredients (we had reserved Japanese side).

We spend a pleasant time, the choice is varied and what we ate was of quality. I was surprised by the unknown exotic fruit served in the sundaes (ramboutan, longan, arbutus-berries).

In short, if you like Asian, I recommend this address, and for optimum service, remember to book!

If not ask to order take-away or order to home the prices are very reasonable.

We went to Mont Sushi twice these the last two months. The first to eat Chinese. Lovers of good food and gourmets, we try new tables regularly. The quality of the cooked " maison" (which is sufficiently rare to be highlighted) and the freshness of the products happy us. We did not hesitate a second to go back to discover their japanese cuisine, as the Chef had told us his way of supplying himself in fresh fish and working them. We have the best sushi by far than we had the chance to taste. The tuna and salmon founded literally in the mouth!
This restaurant fully justifies the encouragements formulated by Petit Futé.
And for a comparable price, nothing to do with the " canteens asiatiques" ...
Go with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed!
The place is now in good place in our address book.
