LES CINQ SENS
A very good table in Vesoul that bears its name well. The chef is constantly renewing himself in order to offer a creative cuisine to his customers. A refined cuisine in a very special setting: the wine bottles are all visible from your table, many books are on the shelves, old photos on the walls... We really like the brightly decorated room! We also like what's on the plates: salmon and its marinade with old-fashioned mustard and basil, pan-fried prawns with aromatic butter, served with a crushed potato crust, lamb mouse confit with a snake and its roasted coconut beans. The violet crème brulée served as a dessert that day amazes us. We do not regret having chosen it! And of course, we also like what is served in the glasses with 120 wine references to choose from. To be consumed in moderation! Note: the owner regularly organizes wine tasting evenings and also has a wine cellar in Pusey (just next to Vesoul).
