Le Chef cuisinier, Bocuse d’argent, Elsa récemment vice championne du monde des maîtres d’hôtel nous offrent à déguster,
avec simplicité et chaleur,
une assiette contemporaine qui met si finement en valeur les emblèmes culinaires jurassiens.
Dommage qu’il faille partager de tels talents avec Courchevel où l’équipe se rend chaque hiver pour tenir son autre table gastronomique au restaurant Azimut !
Personnel aux petits soins avec un service où on ne voit pas le temps passé !
