Je le conseille à tous mes amis .
J adore Bazas, sa cathédrale, sa place et son histoire . ( je vous conseille un guide) .
Et ce restaurant ! La viande, évidemment, bazadaise. Le poisson cuit parfaitement, les accords des accompagnements toujours étonnants. Les desserts : hummm .
Le chef est Sud Africaine .
C est peut être le secret .
Réservez. Et appréciez le temps qui vous est donné d être là. Vous aurez des sourires en contre partie ...J ai eu des attentions particulières. Merci beaucoup .
Ps : le choix des vins , je ne m y connais pas vraiment, mais mes invités en étaient très contents .
