ASSOCIATION OENOLOGIQUE CHAMAPGNOLAISE

Here's a show that's a little too discreet. Organized for several years by Champagnole's oenological association, this event, which takes place on October 14 and 15, 2023, is well worth a visit for lovers of fine food. There's no plethora of stands, just thirty or so winemakers or producers, a local baker with a tempting range of breads and pastries, cured meats and a chocolatier. Of particular note is a sensational cheese stand presented by cheese-maker Marc Janin, MOF. In the wine department, you'll enjoy a tour of France's rigorously selected vineyards. To complete the experience, a renowned professional from the Champagne region will provide the catering. Over the two days, the show is punctuated by events such as Arômes et Saveurs and gastronomy workshops.
