Pizzeria offering really delicious, crispy pizzas with a thin crust
Papi Louis is one of the few people to keep the Cours Victor Hugo lively after the shops close. And so begins the comings and goings of local residents, who know what they've come for: quality! What's more, there's only one table to eat at (reservations essential). At first glance, this may seem a little surprising, but you get used to it and have a great time. In any case, the pizzas are really delicious (the choice is limited). The dough is very thin, but above all very crispy. The charcuterie comes from Pierre Oteiza.
