Already in Bordeaux-Lac, PB Poulet Braisé has landed in Bègles, opposite the Lycée Václav Havel. Naturally, the entire menu revolves around... braised! But there are one or two vegetarian dishes, and a few crispy chicken tenders here and there. PB Poulet Braisé is halfway between a fast-food restaurant, with its order terminals, click & collect... and a traditional restaurant with table service in a very pleasant setting, with a beautiful wooden terrace. The side dishes are generous. We especially like the fried plantains!
