Very pleasant restaurant with a terrace bordered by the park offering an attractive menu in Béguey.

Located between Podensac and Langon, crossing Cadillac, the Château de la Tour is simply magnificent. Nestled in the greenery, it houses a very nice hotel*** as well as a nice restaurant. The cuisine concocted by the chef Tuyet-Giao Chevillard marvelously combines classicism and creativity: Label Rouge salmon marinated in beet and dill, smoked duck breast and nettle emulsion, veal filet with Colonnata bacon, crushed potatoes with truffles and rosemary juice..

Prise de commande un peu trop rapide et serveur agacé car nos choix non faits. Service de l'entrée avant la fin de l'apéritif. Truite façon gravlax, c'est simplement 2 tranches de truite fumées avec qq baies. Rapport qualité prix trop haut.

A midi , un petit menu avec quelques options , bien réalisé et aux tendances " gastronomiques " affirmées qui constitue un excellent rapport qualité/ prix dans un tel établissement.
