The chef Pascal externalizes his talent as indicated by the sign of this house, meeting the criteria of the labels "Artisans cuisinier" and "Fait maison". The gustatory and nutritional qualities are therefore highlighted. Let's spice up this casserole of snails and Morteau sausage in parsley, this mullet fillet on risotto with white butter sauce, this beef fillet with Limoux cream sauce and morels. Trained at the school of great Burgundian cuisine, the chef takes care of his dishes with precision and elegance. An excellent table with a good price-quality ratio.

Bon, globalement, c'est inégal:
- le service, très timide mais cordial
- les plats: excellent oeuf meurette, lieu jaune bien cuit, mais l'accompagnement et la sauce sans relief. Pièce de boeuf au top tout comme la dinde.
- le dessert: tarte au citron déstructurée plus que moyenne, le tiramisu aux fraises très bon.
J'en ressort mitigé.
Service terminé on nous dit avec 6 personnes seulement dans tout le restaurant terrasse comprise ,je pense que ces gens n ont pas besoin de travailler, surtout quand l on voit que ce soir là tous les restaurants de Dole étaient complet j comprend mieux pourquoi c était vide.
